Miles Resources provided excavation, mass grading, underground utilities, and asphalt paving for a new 862,000 square foot warehouse in Frederickson, WA. The project site spanned 40 acres and the scope of work included moving 135,000 yards of dirt, grading over 180,000 square yards and installing 16,000 feet of utility pipe. Over 17,000 tons of hot mix asphalt was placed. One of the largest storm filter panel vaults was built measuring at 53.5 feet by 17.5 feet and encompassing 26 panel pieces.

The General Contractor on this project was Poe Construction. With over 28 pieces of earth-moving iron on site during full production times it took a cooperative effort between every subcontractor, supplier, and vendor involved to lead to the successful completion of this project.
