Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Project Engineer (Entry to Mid-Level) to join our Civil Division in Puyallup, WA. This position focuses on sitework and utilities for both private and public sector projects. The hired candidate will work under the supervision of a Project Manager and assist in various project management tasks. Please note: This is not a Professional Engineer (P.E.) role.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project management duties
Coordinate with field personnel and subcontractors
Track project costs, schedules, and documentation
Support estimating and bidding efforts as needed
Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
Qualifications:
Background in civil construction
Experience in the construction industry
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
No minimum education required; a combination of relevant education and experience is preferred
Experience with Estimating/Project Management/Take-off software is a plus
